  • Greetings from South Florida!

    Just wanted to say hello to you all and introduce myself. I am 31 years old and have struggled with my weight since I was 9. I have recently reached my highest weight ever and decided I needed to change my lifestyle for more than a few months (dieting). I will be beginning the induction phase on Wednesday, July 2nd. I hope to get to kow many of you on my new path to a healthier me! Wishing all of you the best on your paths and I will be talking to you soon!!

    CW - 178 ~ 8/1
    1st mini goal - 180 - pedicure (+)
    2nd mini goal - 170 - Change my hair
    3rd mini goal - 160 - red lipstick
    4th mini goal - 150 - new red heals
    GW - 145 - a dress to wear out with my red heals and lipstick to CELEBRATE!

          Welcome! Congrats on your decision! I am doing extended induction myself-- and this does work, I just fell off the wagon and it took me 5 years to wake up and start anew. One step at a time... and everyone is different so do not get discouraged.

          Say, I am flying to south FL Saturday and do you happen to know which store chains carry Atkins products? I am going to my dad's and it is a big pasta house so i may need backup... he is in Wellington/Lake Worth area...
