  • Rawr - Introduction

    Hi there!

My name is Karen - and I was just diagnosed with being hypoglycemic, or as my doctor put it. "Think of it as pre-diabetic." That scared the ever living out of me.

Long story short - both my husband and I are ticking time bombs - both having members in our families that have either died from diabeties or struggle with it now. Yesterday - was a slap to the face, hard and we're still trying to get back up.

So here's to a new lifestyle - here's to change, and here's to thanking god we had the slap in the face!

Good luck to you all - and thank you ahead of time, for being here.

Hi Karen, Trisha is right. I never feels so good as when I am on this WOE. No sluggish afternoons, no lethargy Allergies, acid reflux, all kinds of stuff improved with me. The first week is the worst as you detox, but after that you and your hubby will start to feel like a million bucks!
