  • A reintroduction

    Well, here I am again. I started for the third time 6 days ago. I was updating my signature and noticed that I first joined this board almost 5 years ago! And how much progress have I made since then? You got it - zip.

    This time around feels different though. For the first time I'm on track with a clean induction - no diet pop! So far, giving up pop has been easy, and I had a major habit.

    Anyway, just wanted to formally commit to the plan again. I hope to use the board to keep me accountable. I've got a really long way to go, but I think if I stay more connected to this forum I can do it!

      Good luck to you. THis is my fourth or fifth time doing this as well. Let's not let it get the best of us but push on and fight for what you want. You can do it all you have to do is have a little faith.
