  • Hi everybody!!

    Hope to try this woe again tomorrow. I can't seem to get past the fatigue and headaches of the first 2 days? I really need to lose about 70 pounds. Wish me luck again. :yes
    Started Again: 9-13-09
    SW - 224
    GW - 160

    1st Goal - 200 lbs met goal 10-10-2009
    2nd Goal - 190 lbs met goal 12-5-2009
    3rd Goal - 180 lbs
    4th Goal - 170 lbs
    Last Goal - 160 lbs

    Hi!

    Drink a lot of water and the fatigue and headaches of the initial days will pass. Like withdrawal from other substances, people often experience withdrawal from carbs. The good news is that in a week or two, you'll have lost weight and you will have energy!

        Good for you for trying again!! You can do this. As already said, drink lots of water and stick it out. In a few days, you will feel right as rain. And the energy will astound you!! Best of all, the weight will drop and you will be on your way to a healthy new lifestyle.

          I wanted to tell you that I felt the same way as you do about the fatigue and the headaches. I just toughed it out~and it took me about 4-5 days but the symptoms did subside. I feel so much better~I am on Day 16 of ha a. Best of luck ~you will do great. :hug
