Well 1st off Hi to everyone who reads this. To tell you a little about me well right now 21yr old male 6'3" 370ibs. Been overweight my whole life. Well now I'm a Carpenter I like my trade alot but its hard getting jobs when I weight this much. The company im with right now I really like alot and I do no I will be with them for a long time. One reason I need to loose weight is when we start to drywall the lift can only hold 500ibs and im 370 and the guys I work with are all under 200ibs. So if me and another guy just try to get on the lift it has trouble to lift us cuz of me. So my boss has to always take me off the job when the drywall starts and start me on another job to do the framing.

So right now I'm leaning to this to help me out. Seen alot of people and read alot of good things. My goal weight would be anywhere in between 265-280 once I get there I will decide if I want to loose more. Right now my goal is 320 then I can go for under 300. So I need some help on getting started I do have a atkins book.

My day is kinda like this wake up at 5-5:30am get to work around 6:30am the lastest start work at 7am. Break at 9am or 10am for 15mins Lunch at Noon for 30 mins then get out of work at 3:30pm usually home around 4:30pm-5pm by the time I get home and take a shower no matter how hungray I am all I want to do is go to bed and 4/5 times a week I will go right to bed and wake up around 10pm and eat and get my stuff ready for
the next day and back to bed by 1am.

So If anyone willing to help me get started thanks. Looking to start either sometime this week or Monday March 7th the lastest.....

    Thanks Carpenter84

Hi, glad that you found us.
Here are some really great suggestions for you.
      1) go introduce yourself to the Century Club members and become one of them as they are so supportive and so helpful. Also the Mens Forum is a great place for guys to brag about how easy it is for you to lose while we ladies fight for every pound. LOL
      2) Join the exercise challenge even if you start out really slow, starting out is what makes it YOURS
      3) One important rule is that you eat at least ever 6 waking hours. So you need to eat breakfast. It doesn't have to be a lot of food, just something in your stomach. So boil up some hard boiled eggs, get a supply of string cheese, cut up some veggies. etc and on your way out the door, grab something.
      4) There is a great pizza recipe you might want to make over the weekend and just have for lunches etc. Its called Bikergoddess' Pizza and if you can't find it, let me know and Ill send it to you
      5) After about the first week on Induction, you will find your energy level picking up and youll beable to change your schedule.
      6) Ditch any diet cokes, or any additions that you might have. And stay away from lowcarb junk food like shakes and bars. They can be evil. After induction, you can try them if you must but right now just follow the acceptable foods to the letter.
      7) questions, just ask.
      WE CAN DO THIS.
