Nice site, I'm on day ocho of induction and looking forward to an improved lifestyle. I'm about 5'10/242 lbs the heaviest I've ever been but I am losing weight. I can feel my jeans getting looser already and getting addicted to checking ketosis on those keto stix. Loving the purple. Also finally got on the multi-vitamin today.
Reason I started was the inspirational video I saw on youtube by Bowolf. Since then I've watched several others and just a few moments ago discovered Bowolf aka is Kent frm this site. So anyways big thx to Kent for the youtube video which got this dude inspired.
I don't have a set goal weight. Was thinking about 175 lbs but the wife says that is too skinny. Which is funny coming from somone in size 3..anyways as long as I get under 200 I'll be happy.

You could always set your first goal at 200 and then reevaluate! Good luck in your Atkins journey and welcome to ADBB
