      Hi Struggling, welcome aboard! You are right about that. I am glad we have some place to come where everyone is trying to achieve the same thing. The people and resources on this site are so helpful in my loss. This way of eating/life works.

                      You will reach it so long as you stay focused and be true to yourself. Stay strong and motivate yourself and resist temptation. We all know what we cant/shouldnt eat so eliminate that and that is half the battle. God Bless, Joe
