New to this

Hi all, this is my first thread all the way from Africa and hopefully there will be many more. I am new to this, and am delighted that there are others out there for support! Wish me luck this week! Good luck to the rest of you...

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
