  • Greetings From England

Hi... Sad to say this is not my first Atkins experience, I did it once in 2001 and lost 70 to my best ever weight of 130, but because of sickness and some other issues, I find myself back at 200 today and ready to begin anew.

I am a 38 year old professional woman who is going to do a 2 week clean induction and would love to hear from anyone who would like to chat.

I have taken my before photos and am posting them today.

Hope everyone is having an on plan day!!

I'm also a newbie here - on day 5 of a sort of induction - I have the old book, so until I get the 2002 edition I'm not EXACTLY sure if I'm following the induction to the letter! Good luck with the first few days - I'm feeling much brighter already, although the scales aren't being very friendly at the mo... showing a loss of 2 lb yesterday, but back up a bit today!

Well everyday on plan is a day to the good. I love to jump on the scale too much so am trying to keep it to 2x a week. I am sure it will go your way by the end of induction. xx
