Trying Once Again

I lost 63 pounds in 2003 on Atkins and like many others did not stick with it. I have gained back 40 pounds and am determined to lose it and keep it off. Over the past 2 years I have started Atkins, only to "fall off the wagon" and continue to gain more weight, but this time I am determined!!! So, here goes with my stats and I will get a "before" picture posted soon
