Its been a while since I have been back to the Atkins board but I just wanted to drop a line and say hello to some old friends and hopefully soon some new one's as well. PLease feel free to e-mail me or drop a post or 12 to me. I am 33 years old weighing in at 215lbs and 6'3". I would love to lose about 20 lbs. using the atkins way.

Welcome back! I have seen your posts in the Food section -- and considered proposing to you after reading the Italian Stuffed Chicken recipe -- but considering that I am practically old enough to be your mother (or at least your aunt) and am happily married, I decided against it!

Hi Dave and welcome back!!! My son is a young chef as well and sells home improvements for Sears to pay the bills!!! LOL ..he is fantastic but young not to mention we live in an area where some of the best chefs in the world are cooking!!!....
anyway it is good to have you here to help spice up the cooking chat!....
