    Trying again

    Hi,
About five years ago I had huge success doing atkins and kept the weight off for about 2 years. I felt fantastic and never thought I could be so small! I was so fit and walked everday. Then I developed what has since been diagnosed as fibromyalgia and to cut a long story short I am bigger than I have ever been at 75 kgs when I was at 57kgs. Anyway, on 163cm of height this is too much weight my doctor tells me and I know cos I feel just blahh. I have tried a few times to do atkins again but I always give up after day 3 which is where I am at now and I am swaying again but trying to be strong. The fatigue and pain become extreme around this point and I really just want the sugar soooo bad.
I Didnt use this forum last time so I am hoping it will make the difference.
There are some amazing success stories on here!
    So here I go again...
    Look forward to our chats.
