You seem to be doing very well! Any tips that might help me stick with it this time???
I have one. Keep in mind that if you DONT stick with it, you'll just be a year older when you do.
You will always want to be in good shape. I've never met someone who was chunky for ten years, yo-yo dieted the whole time then one day said, "wait! i like being chunky!", and if they did, they were kidding themselves.
Those of us with a desire to be healthy and look great will never lose that desire. So If I start now, and am in perfect shape in 2 years, then I'll have reached my goal. If i quit, two years from now I'll be starting over, and wishing I'd have stuck with it now.
So just keep that in mind. Do it now, or be older when you do.

That's a pretty neat perspective. I guess everybody strives to look their best... and when they stop completely, they've probably lost their self-confidence for good. I don't think I could ever lose mine, so I may as well keep going now instead of living another couple years of disappointment... only to start all over again. This is great! Nick I have a tip for you- WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN!! At the end of the day or the next morning just grab a notebook and write everything you had with the total daily carb count, INCLUDING CHEATS!! It totally helps to see the #'s on paper, really!!

I'm glad to hear that you are back and ready to make this work. I know exactly how you feel about falling off the wagon.....Atkins does work. It has for me in the past and I too fell right off the wagon due to stress.
The goodness is that you are back!! Congrats on sticking with the induction so far and losing 4lbs - way to go.
I hope to hear more from you through this journey - I too have a long journey ahead of me!
