    I actully jumped the gun and posted to before and after pictures frist.
    I guess I should have read email.

    I am 41 y/o female, after trying countless diets in the past I accidentally found this site. I got so inspired by all the success stories I ran out and bought the book. Its so exciting to see the changes going on to my body right before my eyes. Being at an all time high weight of 216 was so depressing to me I just retreated I never wanted to do anything or go anywhere.

    After two weeks on atkins the the scale said 210 and today going into the fourt week it says 198.6.

    Where has this diet been all by life.

    I am ready to live!!!!!!

          I loved your "Atkins is the Bomb" thread. Those pictures were good showing how early you can see a difference. Wishing you lot of continued progress.
