  • Starting and not stopping!!!!!

    Hello All,

I JUST started Atkins and look forward to success. After I started Atkins, I was looking for motivational pixs of individuals that had been on the program and found success. I found this website by accident but am so glad I did. I haven't really told many people that I have started this program because people can be judgemental, and it is usually those that probably need to join me. It is nice to see others doing what I am trying to do and motivated others to make it.

It's amazing how all of you share your challenges so easily and it helps those of us just starting out.

I need to lose and have for sometime. I am sick and tired of myself this way and I am determined to finally reach my goal. I need to lose the weight of a hefty toddler (50 pounds), so I think everyday the I will be able to look in the mirror and be happy with my body.

Thanks for sharing and keeping us newbies encouraged.

Welcome aboard! Nice to have you join up with us here at ADBB. I'm sure you'll find it a terrific place for good Atkins advice, support and inspiration.

Use the board for all it has to offer, which is lots. Maybe join a challenge or two, start a journal, search for a cool LC recipe....

      Happy losing!

Great attitude! One thing I really like about your post is that you have confidence! Keep it up. You won't find it from anyone other than you! When times are down, there will be nobody to turn to but you... and this forum of course! My only advice is to follow DANDR 2002 to a T! If you do, you'll lose the weight and become a healthier person in no time!

                  Best of success
