Hey guys, I am planning to go on the Atkins diet for 2 weeks after having recommendations from friends who both lost between 10 & 12lbs in a fortnight.
My plan, as above, is to initially go for 2 weeks and see what effects it has, and mainly to see if I can go without toast and cereals for that long!!
My main concern is what meal to have, what I can have as a snack etc.......
I am a rep so am on the road all day everyday so it's hard to source food that isn't sandwiches, burgers.....etc.............
My main aim is to lose a 1.5 - 2 stone but not all just on the atkins.
I started this morning and have already messed up by having baked beans with my bacon and egg. Oops.
