This time is going to be different than any other time!
Hello everyone! I am totally excited to be a part of ADBB. There are sooooo many success stories that there is no way I cannot be motivated to succeed. My goal is to lose about 100 lbs. I know it can be accomplished and I know it will take time. This will be my finest hour because it will be done little by little!

You're so right not to want to lose all in a rush. Slow and steady (though you might find it goes quicker than you think!) is the ticket.

Welcome to ADBB! You will find a tremendous amount of support & knowledge here. Use it to your advantage. Don't be shy~~~post often & ask questions!
One of the best things you can do for yourselve is make sure you have a copy of Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution...2002 version. READ IT & keep it handy to refer to!! Also take your measurements !

With that attitude, there's no way you can't succeed! Well, so long as you follow DANDR to the T! Also, try adding in some light exercise... even walking. I think you'll find that you really will lose quickly, which is even better motivation!
