    My name's angela...and Im a carboholic :)

    Hello,
    My name is angela and this is my first post to this board. I was going to the forums at atkins.com but it was a little too snarky for me. So now Im here....I did atkins for the first time maybe 5 or 6 years ago and lost about 100lbs kept it off for a couple years then got pregnant with my first child (now 3 ) gained 65 pounds and started to lose weight again when my sone was 11 months I found out I was preggo with #2 so I ended up gaining 50lbs during that pg....started to lose it after the baby was born, then when HE was 3 months old I found out I was preggo AGAIN!!! Gained 40 more pounds. So, here I was 3 babies (3yrs, 18 months and 4 months) and at 282 pounds.

    Me and my dh went on vacation may 5th when we returned from out vacation I was looking at pics and I came across a particulair pic that shocked me...I could not believe I was THAT big so right away I began the atkins way of life. Its been 2 months and I am down from 282 to 255 and feeling better than ever! I cant wait to share this journey with you guys

    hi angela and welcome! well, you already know this works! now you just have to work IT! so far so good. congrats on your losses up to now. there's nothing like photo reality is there?? you have come to the right place for lots of fun and support. looking forward to reading your upcoming successes!

        Great job! Yes, it DOES sometimes take a picture to shock us in to ACTION and Atkins! Keep up the great work!

              Angela! Welcome and Congrats and such an amazing job so far! Remember those vacation pictures will soon be the "before", way to go on working on those "afters"!
