    Hi everyone!

    I'm new and ready to be a loser! I am 5'7 150 pounds and I would like to get down to 135. I love my carbs so this will be hard, but I saw a few recipes that really made me lick my lips. I made a batch of atkins revolution (oopsie) rolls last night and had one for breakfast. Not bread, but good enough.

    My plan today is

    B- rev. roll + 1 egg and egg white + cheddar cheese with a little onion
    L- chicken with romaine lettuce and either cheese or ranch dressing
    S- protein powder with water (after workout)
    D- salmon with mashed cauliflower with butter and parm
    S- sugar free jello
    E- 40 minutes of cardio and hitting the weights (normal for me)

    Let me know how this sounds. I read up as much as I could on Atkins, but I don't have the book for reference. Let me know if anything in there is off limits or if I should look into increasing or decreasing my intake of any macros.

    It looks pretty good but use whole eggs not egg white.Don't try to cut fat. Log into fitday to track your food. You want to have about 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs, mostly from veggies. The fat is necessary to your success. It will also keep you from being hungry.

      Thanks for the suggestion. I actually wasn't trying to cut fat on purpose. I was on a low cal diet and didn't really have eggs in the house. I only had two left and wanted to spread them out for two days and I had PLENTY of egg whites so I wanted to use them up.

      I already track my intake on caloriecount and spark people. It is very difficult for me to get my fat so high. Right now I have 5% carb and about 40% 45% fat and protein (according to sparkpeople).

      Hmmm, what to adjust what to adjust.
