Re: HELP... I am new to Atkins
Welcome to Atkins and congrats on making the decision to better you health and life in general! Also, congrats on your 11-month old son! How exciting! The best piece of advice I can give you is to purchase or borrow a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002 edition) if you don't already have it. You can get it on Amazon.com for really cheap or from your local library. It is the best investment you will ever make. And once you get it, follow it to the T! And make sure to stop by this forum every once in a while and let us know how you're doing or ask questions! I think you'll find that this forum is a great means of support. Let me know if you have any specific questions after reading the book.
Best of Success!Nick

Re: HELP... I am new to Atkins
I suggest thoroughly reading the book. You'll be more motivated and successful on the diet once you understand how it works. If you're not a big reader there's a shorter book called "The atkins essentials" which is a quicker read but still covers the basics. Good luck
