    Hi guys!

    Ok first off...that should say DESPERATO! As in, I'm freakin' DESPERATE!!!

    Ok, so I'm new to forums and I'm new to Atkins. My boss has lost about 15 pounds, and out of curiosity I asked her how she did it. She gave me the book, and I'm currently reading it. I'm desperate to lose weight, as I really want to start a family with my husband one day. I'm in this alone...so any support would be very helpful.

    HEY there.... Good for your boss for sharing her plan with you... this is the place to be if you want to get healthy, lose weight, lose inches and reinvent yourself...

    There are so many stories of success and stories of inspiration here.

    Let us know a bit about you... your current weight, your height, highest weight, goal weight, a bit about your lifestyle... what you are doing now ie if you are on Atkins already or ask questions about any part of this way of life... you will get more help than you can imagine

    If your boss is on Atkins, you have yourself a great partner... it is inspirational to have someone in your life right along side of you doing this...

    Look forward to hearing more about you and know how your process is going

      Miss Kiari, Welcome. Good that you are reading the book. It makes a real difference when you understand not just the "whats" but the "whys" too.

      The key to not feeling alone is to post when you are confused, discouraged, want to celebrate, anything. The responses you get back will keep you going and make you feel supported.
