My name is Shawndra-Lyn, I'm 36yrs old and not new to Atkins.
Like some others of you out there, I too have done Atkins before but for one reason or another I detoured onto a different path.
I am now pretty much at my heaviest ever and have desided it's time to make some serious changes! My hunny and I went out yesterday and bought some serious food for me to get started, which I have as of this morning!!!
I currently am 225lbs
and my goal weight is 132lbs. However, as my Dr. told me I may get to like 160 or 150 and be very happy staying there. I don't want to be overweight anymore!!!
This morning started WITHOUT my coffee
argh.. I tried a tea instead with nothing in it, as it turns out it went from being to hot to drink to being to cold and tasting yucky. So I havn't even got that down the hatchet yet. ~sighs~ I had 3 hard boiled eggs with very lil salt, a celery stick with cream cheese and 1 Landjaeger Sausage. My bottled water is now in the fridge and in the freezer.. guess I have to actually drink them huh? LOL
Eating is NOT a problem for me, it's the not eating that is and what I eat when I do actually deside to eat. To make myself get into the habbit of having breakfast again is tough.. I don't normally eat till mid afternoon or till dinner time if at all.
Anyways.. enough babbling
I want to say I have look at alot of your stories and you all have so much to be proud of! Just the fact that you're all here and trying is worth all the weight in gold.. *Atkins Gold* 
I hope to get to know you all with time. I have to figure this site out more and how to make a profile etc.. I want one of those weight loss goal thingy's I have seen on the bottoms of alot of your profiles.

that you let the coffee go! You won't even miss it in a few days trust me. Yes, please make sure to get your water and drink up-hydrate that body and flush those ketones out of your body.
