Hi there, I've been in the induction phase now for 6 weeks. I haven't lost any weight but can tell I've lost some fat (my clothes are loose). I think it's taking longer to lose weight for me because I'm only trying to lose 15 pounds. I've been eating about 10-15 carbs a day. I have a soda and sugar addiction. I've switched to diet rite and have been eating heavy cream and splenda to curb any sweet cravings. I wish I could give up the soda completely. I'm trying but it's really hard. Anyhow......I'm amazed at how good I feel on this diet. I have a new found energy which has completely changed my life
