Hi there and thank you so much to everyone. I started Atkins on June 5th and have read through posts and figured it is time to take the plunge into the ADBB world. Im 38 and have been on induction and will continue to do so until my return from my vacation to Costa Rica on August 22nd. Im Italian and love to eat, but now I can totally pass up the pasta and bread no problem..and I indulge in homemade meatballs and other goodies. Im really content with this plan and will continue on it for all eternity. Yeahhh!
