Hello, everyone!!! I am on my 5th day of induction.I am doing good, into ketosis and
walking every morning for at least 30 minutes. I am having a problem giving up my sweetners.......I like coffee in the am and tea decaf all day + my water.
Yeah I know, I probley 8 a day........is this going to effect my weight loss?? What is the norm on lost in the first week? And how do I create a signature??? Help and Thanks,
