  • Hi on day 5 Sweetners?

    Hello, everyone!!! I am on my 5th day of induction.
    I am doing good, into ketosis and walking every morning for at least 30 minutes. I am having a problem giving up my sweetners.......I like coffee in the am and tea decaf all day + my water. Yeah I know, I probley 8 a day........is this going to effect my weight loss?? What is the norm on lost in the first week? And how do I create a signature???

    Hi Wendy. Atkins allows us 3 sweetneners a day during induction. You can take it from there.
    Near the top of the page, you will see "User CP" Click on that and then edit signature.
    Welcome aboard!!

      Hi Wendy, congrats on day 5 of induction. Those can be some of the hardest. Should only get better from here. Coffee drinker here, had trouble with creamer more than i did sweetner. Don't know if you use it but, keep an eye on that if you do.

            Another 2 pounds this am. I dont know if it is real or not though!!!!
