  • New here but second try at Atkins

    Hi all. I am not new to Atkins. I actually tried this diet YEARS ago and had pretty good results with it (would have had better results if I would have stuck with it)

    I have been "Lurking" on this site for awhile along with another Low carb Forum site but have found the support on here to be the best.

    I am 5"8 and weigh 200 lbs (Ugh did I say that) My goal is 125-130 LBS and am hoping to be able to reach that goal within (6) months

    I could ramble on and on about how I got here and at this weight but it will just end up being another excuse as to why.....now I just need to DO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km


    2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

      Today is Day 1 and I am very excited!
      By the way...why the heck is my Ticker that I made from this site NOT working?

        You need the other code (you get two options there)
