Hi i wondered if any one out there can help with some questions i have, i was recently diagnosed with pcos and i know that this is not the section for this but i wondered if any of you are insulin resistant [one symptom of pcos] I followed atkins several years ago and i did well but unfortunately i fell back int my old eating habits and i guess i didnt educate myself enough about the benefits of atkins and i have a real problem with yo yo dieting. i tried atkins back about a year ago and it really scared me because i didnt lose a pound that has never happened and then just about a month ago i was diagnosed with pcos which explained alot because my doctor informed me that i was insulin resistant. my question is has any one gone through this initially not losing? can you lose weight when your insulin resistant? any one have any info thankyou tracy
