I planned out everymeal for induction...I also started a Slooooow
but steady excercise routine---started day 1 on these boards and read so many motivating and inspiring posts..Dr A suggests L-Glutamine for cravings...I am sugar free 4 weeks now...it does help..also take his council on using a Tape Measure and record each number to compare after 2 weeks..have 2002 book at hand--so helpful!Male/46

I got to agree with chicklady. I was struggling last week. I had to do something and I went and licked a spoon of mango chutney. LOL. But after seven days I can stand without those sweets. Stay there. You will be rewarded

Hello and welcome aboard!
If you are having sugar cravings the best thing is to have a high fat snack. Keep something to hand at all times. The fat will satisfy and you won't have given in to the Sugar Demon! The more you squeeze him out of your life, the easier this way of eating will become.
