Hi there, I'm a first timer here and wanted to post something really quick:
My heaviest weight was 240 +, the first time I was that weight I was married to a man who ate really poorly--so I inturn also ate poorly. When I left him I started to diet and got down to 200. I then gained 10 pounds back and stayed that way till I got pregnant two years later. My weight got back up to the 240 area only due to the pregnancy. After my son was born I was hoping to lose a lot of weight. I got back down to the 210 area and then we moved to Texas. After several months of trying this that and the other I got down to 190. Then I started to plan my wedding stating that I wanted to be lighter--just not sure how much lighter. The wedding was about 4 months ago and I have gained back weight--about 9 pounds. So I've become more determined than ever to lose the weight. I've been going to the gym four days a week for the past three weeks and trying to eat a lower calorie diet. I've now decided to try the atkins diet after reading on here all the great results. I have been overweight all my adult life and part of my childhood. I really am positive about the future...
Wish me luck
