Okay well I'm going to interdouce myself here and I'm not sure what to say. I'm a unhappily (most the time anyways) married woman with the wonderful pain in the *** children that I wouldn't change for anything. AnnaBelle is 6, Jaxon 4, Danica 8 months. I work as a legal assistant at a law firm and a really like it, well most of the time you know it still is a job.

I have been morbidly obease my entire life. As you can proably guess this is not my first diet but I sure hope it's my last. I'm looking at this as more of a life style change than a diet I really need to do something I have became just down right mesrable and I don't like this feeling at all.

Good luck to you! Atkins can be a real life changer when understood and applied correctly. Read the book if you haven't already. This board uses the 2002 version of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution. Follow a strict induction and be prepared to be amazed at what you can lose during that first 2 weeks. After only a few days of the induction diet you will begin burning your own fat for energy and your appetite will become suppressed. The first 2 weeks are the hardest, stick with it and you will see results!
