Hi - I'm totally new to Atkins, I've heard about it for years, but never gave it a shot. Luckily for me I prefer meats, cheeses, and eggs to most other foods, so a steak for dinner will never get old for me! I've started back to the gym (won a weight loss challange there a couple years ago), and I am hopeful that I can stick this out! I'm really wanting to drop about 45 lbs to feel better about myself. I'm very excited to have found this site! Good luck to all of us!
