    Hey all!
    I am new to Atkins. This is my second attempt. First time got pregnant and had to stop. Did lose before I stopped and of course I gained weight. Second attempt at a change of life...started 16 days ago.
    Basically, just got sick of my body and eating habits. Exercise-walking & pilates...can do better w/ consistency though!
