My name is Andy- short for Andrea, and I started Atkins the second time around about a two weeks ago. I have lost about 5 lbs so far, and ony have 85 more to go.
I regained the weight because it is HARD to find low-carb alternatives when you are living by fast-food. My goal this school-year is to make salads/low-carb lunches to take with me to my teaching job which is 45 minutes from where I live. I also started working out about a week and half ago, and it was hard the first week. I am less tired and achy this week, and i am thinking about adding some chromium to my diet to see if that helps with energy levels. I have three children and a busy schedule, but I am determined to lose the weight and get healthy for myself and my family.
