Hello all fellow atkineers!!
another sugar free glorious day
I was on atkins a few years ago, lost 40lbs in two months, kept it off for a year and then the slow carb creep caught up with me
No crying over spilled milk, good thing is, I'm back with a vengence
I do have a question
I remember I use to make pistacio bark and it was a staple for my occassional sweet tooth
The recipe calls for semi-sweet chocolate and well, pistacios
But I was in Publix last night and had this sense of being completely confused
Semi-Sweet chocolate has sugar in it
So I bought unsweetened baking chocolate, and if you have ever tried it, there is not enough splenda to fix that taste
So, if anyone can PLEASE explain to me if it is ok to use semi-sweet or not I would be ever so grateful
And btw..... I'm so happy to be here
and thank you!!!!
