    hey guys,
    I just finished my first week of induction and boy am I glad I found this forum! I tried Atkins 2 years ago but failed miserably after the third day. Last week, I just found out my aunt lost 20lbs on Atkins with her doctor!! She was extremely encouraging telling me that if she could do it, I can too....and so here I am! Hope things will work out this time!
    I'm keeping a food diary on blogger which I find extremely helpful. I'm in my last semester of school and I hope I can get rid of all the college weight I've built up over the last 4 years.

    Good luck to you. How great that you have your Aunt out there to help you. That should be great support.

      Hi Lazy I remember those college-food pounds! Good thing to get rid of them now! Good luck on your Atkins journey!
