  • Hi everyone.

    I started the Atkins alongside my father two weeks ago, Its been going well barely, hungry at all. Its nice to meet you all, And I will enjoy sharing our weightloss experiences. I can't get an accurate weight as for some reason my scale, And every scale we have ever gotten doesn't seem to weigh accurately in my house. I know I am around 220-230 And my goal is around 100 or less. I don't quite know if that is the accurate weight for my height but I guess I'll see when I get close to there. I'm super short 4'10 or less and its hard to find an accurate weight. The reccomended weight chart I found said 88-95 pounds... No way I will ever get down to that or want to IMO. I might be wrong I hope not though. But hello everyone its nice to meet you. Monday me and my father will be dusting off the treadmill. Taking it from its outside tomb into the house. Hope there are no spiders though.. hehe

    you just may be suprised, when you get close to your goal you may just want to lose 10 or 15 more... see how you feel at each weight... i am 5'8" and all the charts say i should be 145-160 and to me that seems very very thin.. my goal is 175 .. but i will see how i feel wheni get there.. i may just want to lose more.. who knows .. our bodies will tell us by how we feel
