    Well Im new to the board so I thought I would say hello. This morning was my first day of atkins and I couldn't be more excited to start my new lifestyle. I just finished havin a omelet for breakfast and 4 glasses of water, and Im about to head off to work. Because of the horribly carb heavly life I use to have I plan on seeing some pretty good results and Im really looking forward to it. I have read the ANDR three times and Im really fimiliar with everything, and I will be running all my meals thru fitday the night before I cook. So anyways, HI!!!!

    Hi welcome aboard! Fitday is great, especially later on when you tend to get lazy, errrrr, comfortable with this WOE.
