  • First time trying Atkins! Newbie!!

    Hello all,

My name is Laura and I am officially on the first day of my second week of induction! I have never tried Atkins before and was a little bit skeptical of the plan...however, after losing 5 pounds in my first week, my skepicism has swayed! I have always been a yo yo dieter, going from 115-140 yearly. I always ate a low cal/fat diet and worked out like a maniac and got down to my ideal weight only to gain it all back in the months to come! I am extremely committed to this plan and cant wait to start fresh with a new approach to food. For once I am full at each meal instead of walking away starving! Look forward to chatting with all of you and sharing our struggles and success!
    Laura

Hey Laura! I'm a new Atkins dieter, too, and today is my very first day. Good luck to you, and I hope we can all keep each other motivated!
