    I am new to this board. I have been lurking for about a week. I have decided to go back on the Atkins diet and was very happy to find this site. Back in 2003 I dropped from 205 to 159 but a new lifestyle from 2005 on has pushed my weight back up. My last Dr's visit I was 226. Last week I started my induction phase and Today I am 214. Look forward chatting with everyone!

    Wow, if you check out the stats in my siggie, you will see that we have something in common... we've both come back to Atkins, after having strayed from plan. And let me assure you... this time can be even better than the first. I decided to follow the plan to the letter this time around, and it has really payed off. I'm glad that you've found us, because this board has been instrumental in my success this time. If you haven't yet, make sure to check out the sticky at the top of this forum page. There's lots of good info there to refresh your memory of the Atkins WOE, and some links to help you navigate the board.

    Don't hesitate to ask questions - there's lots of great folks around who are more than willing to help. We even have a forum here especially for us multi-timers to Atkins. It's called STAC (Second Time Around Club), and there is a lot of support and motivation to be had there.

      Hi Grant! I'm a second (+) timer as well. Lots of us around for support. Don' t hesitate to holler





      290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
