Well, today is the first day of my second week of induction. I've had several stalled starts over the past few years. At this point in my life it's either give it my all and succeed or cave into being the fat old guy that laughs a lot. Decided on the former. I'm going for 40. The first week netted me 3.5. So it will be a long haul. A lifetime after that. I'm brisk-walking 6 days, and have been for a while, and doing the gym treadmill and machines 3 days. Hoping to get to where I can again run and maybe take up spinning. At my age (57) I'm on the slow metabolism burn, so everything takes 3xX longer. (Keep that in mind kids.) Figure I'll be on induction for months if I can handle it.
Looking forward to learning and groovin' with ya'all (and learning how to do all those cool signature things...) Thanks for being here. Glad I found you.
