  • Atkins, Chicago Style

    Hello All!

My name is Tallia and I stumbled across this board when I was deciding to try Atkins as a WOE. I think I'll be eternally grateful. I've already learned so many tips, tricks, and recipes -- there's really a wealth of knowledge in the archived messages.

I've been doing some dieting on my own, but I chose Atkins because I wanted a formal plan with measurable objectives. I'm three days into Induction and seem to have finally thrown off the dreaded "I-Flu". I'm doing great and hope that I'll be able to keep it up.

I hope to be relatively active on the boards. I'll especially need some motivation to get my behind up and exercising - left to my own devices I'll use any excuse to hit the gym.

Thanks again -- I look forward to getting to know some of you better!

    Tallia
