    Hello. Im new here. My name is Gwen. I have tried the SB WOE for the past two weeks and was having some trouble with it so I decided to switch to Atkins. I have several friends who have done Atkins and had great success so I have decided to jump on the band wagon. The past two days while I was waiting to get my membership here approved i kinda fell off the bandwagon. Those Fruity Pebbles kept calling me and I caved in. But I have gotten them out of the house and am ready to begin with a clean start today.
    I probly will have quite a few questions along the way. I have read the book but still have some confusion concerning the net carbs but sure Ill learn along the way.
    I can do this this time!!!

    Stats: 245/245/120

    First Mini Goal: 10 lbs off by Mother`s Day!

    Hi Gwen,
    Welcome!!
    If you are up to it you could sign up for some of the exercise challenges that is starting now August 1st - or the water challenge. But getting the eating under control is the most important part of the induction.
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km


    2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned

              LOL, Trish! Wow, someone else has a problem with the fruity pebbles?? They ALMOST made me cave, but I resisted. Welcome to the board Gwen! You can do it, girl! But take my advice, ... get RID of the FP's! They are the devil. *hahaha*
