Hello all! I am new to boards like this but not new to Atkins. I am trying to lose 50 lbs and have lost 20 lbs so far in about a month and a half. I had lost 45 lbs 2 years ago but when my fiance' moved to Arizona with me, I stopped running 5 miles 3-4 times a week and watching what I eat because we both can cook very well. Plus, being the competative person that I am, I tried to keep up with him in the eating department. He can eat and not gain a pound! Jealous! lol! My start weight was 189 lbs. My goal is 140-145 lbs. I am 5'6" medium frame. Already I have gone from a size XL scrub pants to med. I am an RN so scrubs tend to allow for "fill" without you knowing it. But now I am going in the right direction! Hope everyone else is succeeding in their goals as well. Good luck to everyone!
