    begining atkins.

Today is my 3rd day on atkins I have done a lot of reading allready on the subject and believe this is a life change I can make. I am 31 years old with two children. I have not had any problem sticking to the induction and have allready lost 4 pounds. I do not have much energy though. I am taking a verriaty of multivitamins

You should feel some energy and well being about the 4th or 5th day. At the very least you should probably be able to do more or be less tired by the end of the two weeks. Congrats on learning about Atkins and making the life change. I'm sure you're going to do and feel fantastic. GOD Bless!

yes, if you have been following induction, you are 'almost there.' And when it hits you will likely notice! I haven't slowed down since day 4!

Hi there! I felt the same way (energy-wise) the first week... but after that, whooooo, I am full of energy. I not sluggish, I am focused, get more done at work and my house is cleaner than it's been ever. So be patient, all of the induction side-effects will wear off and you'll be feeling better than ever! Good Luck.
