    I Started a week ago , This is a real challenge for me 5 years ago I lost 105 lbs. on W.W. 97 lbs are back ! So I guess I found them.! This is so different it is a real challenge for me .And I'm not real good at sharing but everyone seams so friendly and nice this is one of my goals ,staying in touch for all the support I'm serious and ready.

    It can be a challenge but I think it sounds like you are up for it. If you feel like it, try to participate here and there on the forum. It can help keep you motivated. There is always tons to read and learn anyways though. Good luck to you.
