Three years ago I lost 60# on this WOE, I never imagined I would give up and regain.

Anyway, I am 43 wife and mother. I want my life back! I am so embarrassed with myself and I am here to make a change.

I am just a year older with a similar starting weight. I will be happy to cheer you on, I have lost 8 pounds on induction and start OWLing Monday.

Hi Bernieann. Welcome back! Don't feel bad, you know what to do and the 2nd time's a charm. Good Luck I know you will get back to that Fabulous state you once were soon enough!!! This is a perfect time to do it because by New Years you will feel so good about yourself.
