    Hi everyone, im Didi. Im 14 years old and i started atkins 3 days ago.
    I am REALLY excited, i've already lost 3.6 lbs, but im also really afraid that i'm going to stray
    any advice on how to stay on track??

    P.S. i want to lose about 55 lbs, how long do u think i should stay on induction??

    Hi Sweetie Do your parent/parents know that you've started this Atkins lifestyle? That's my first concern. Otherwise, congrats on your weight loss thus far.

          Hey 3.6 pounds..thats great! I would get mom and your physician together to ask what type of supplements you will need. I went to my physician who discussed the diet with me and he was a big supporter as he had done the diet revolution and lost 60 pounds! He put me on a supplement that was just right for me. At 14 your body needs many different nutrients that may not be plentiful in all the stages of this diet. By taking the right supplements and vitamins...not to mention calcium it will help you stay on track by not having cravings. Mother nature makes us crave foods that have nutrients we may be lacking. This will help you stay on track. I look forward to tracking your progress!
