4 days in and I actually feel good! Just a quick question, is it okay to use the advantage 2 net carbs during induction? It says they are okay, just curious.

No. THe only foods you should eat during induction are the ones on the acceptable foods list.27/f/5'10"

Don't believe the hype of Atkins. It seems to me that after Dr. Atkins passed, the Atkins company is worried more about marketing their foods, snacks and drinks. So, just stick with the list and more importantly the book! Also, come here for support and insights. Also get yourself a fitday if you don't have one to track your progress:
