    Starting 8/4/08

    Hello everyone,

    I am starting atkins Monday and was wondering if anyone else will be starting also???

    I need to loose about 50 pounds but my short goal is 20 and then I will go from there.... GoodLuck to everyone

          I just brought a exercise bike and spinning dvd so I will be stating tomorrow.... Besides chasing 3 kids (3,8,13)around not to much.... But I will be starting
