Hi there,
I have been reading your posts and it is so inspirational I decided to have a go myself. I have done Atkins with success many years ago, and am now back to do it again. This time however, I am a vegetarian, I do eat eggs, cream and cheese (just nothing that has a face). I am on day 3 of induction and I am blown away by the fact that i am fitting into my trousers so much better, I must have been holding on to so much water!
I can see that being vergetarian is going to be very difficult on this way of eating as I am beginning to not want to eat or smell eggs as that's what I have had for 2 days now (and breakfast this morning) but at the same time I have no intention of not meeting my goal so even if I have to live on protein powder made with water on days I can't face eggs, then so be it. I am sure once off induction it will be easier. I have read a few times that people stay on induction until they have lost half their excess weight? I quite like that idea.
Well, thank you all for the wonderful posts that have spurred me on, I hope I can do the same for someone soon.

More power (or is that powder?) to you! I doubly admire vegetarians who do Atkins, and any eggs you don't want you can send my way
I purposely am not weighing myself for awhile (like, a MONTH), but I can see the belly bloat going down. Isn't it nice we found this site? Cheers!
